Christmas Tree Dinner Rolls

With Christmas drawing near... The invites come out for all kinds of holidy events... plenty of oh-so-good sweet things also.
How about a change-up and tell your hostess you will bring the Dinner Rolls.

I was surfing around and came across this adorable looking Christmas Dinner Roll Tree from Mels Pantry Kitchen with the "Rosemary/Sea Salt topping" being inspired by The Pioneer Woman and her Buttered Rosemary Rolls.

My inspiration is to make a few trees but lots simplier as I hve no imgination at all !!

-- Simply buy some ready made bread dough for baking and re-roll it into these little ball ORNAMENTS persay.

Punch down the dough to expel air, equal divide the dough to 19 portions (about 30g each), shape into round balls. Place dough in baking sheet and placing the dough balls shaping it like a Christmas Tree. Let it proof for another 30-45mins.

If I am real ambitious I may just do these in a breakfast theme also with some cinnamon rolls. After all All we are doing is aligning the dough to look like a tree!
