Puttin On The Ritz


It’s just not Christmas around my house until at least 100 of these. The perfect combination of sweet and salty; and super easy fun! Once the cookies are dipped in the Almond Bark, they’re then sprinkled with fun, festive, Christmas sprinkles!


RITZ PEANUT BUTTER NO BAKE COOKIES

  • Peanut Butter of your choice [preferably smooth blend]
  • 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
  • Optional toppings - mini holiday m-m's, peanut chips, chocolate sprinkles
  • White Almond Bark or Chocolate Coating of your choice

VARIATIONS

Twix-Ritz - uses soft caramel sandwiched between two ritz

Turtle Ritz - uses soft caramel sandwiched between two ritz, dipped in chocolate and topped off with walnut bits.

Rolo Ritz - place an unwrapped rolo on a ritz [salted side down] and bake in a 250 degree oven for about 2-3 minutes until rolo melts slightly... remove and add another ritz on top of rolo immediately while warm. Allow to cool and caramel to set, Then dip/cover in chocolate coating of your choice.

Biscott Cookie Butter Ritz - Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cookie butter between two crackers and twist them ... You could even used some crushed Biscoff cookies!

Moon Pie-Ritz - uses marshmellow creme sandwiched between two ritz

CAN RITZ CRACKERS GO BAD?
Snacks, such as pretzels and crackers, including Ritz crackers can be used up to 3 months past the expiration date.

ARE RITZ CRACKERS GLUTEN FREE?
Original Ritz crackers contain wheat flour and therefore are not gluten free. Ritz does make a gluten free cracker that tastes as good as the original.

ARE RITZ CRACKERS DAIRY FREE?
It may be surprising, but the buttery rich flavor in Ritz crackers does not come from butter. ** Ritz crackers are completely dairy-free.
