Nilla Creamsicle Bites

We have all heard of the Oreo Balls, Truffles, Cake Pops and more,,,, so to change a few things up i figured why not try something different... and came up with these DELICIOUS little bites...

My Original Recipe from 2017

1 box Mini Nilla Wafers -crushed
8 oz. block cream cheese -softened
1/2 teaspoon orange extract or 2 drops orange essential oil
White melting chocolate or CandiQuik almond bark
Sprinkles if desired
