Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies

5 Variations using the Red Velvet Cake Mix for easy Cookies.

Red Velvet Crinkles , Red Velvet with Almond Bark, Red Velvet Pepperpermint Kisses, Red Velvet Trio and last but not lesst the Red Velvet Blossom.

All of thee above recipes call for :

1 box Duncan Hines Red Velvet cake mix 
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs

nothing more nothing less... 
1. Beat 2 eggs and oil together then add the box of dry cake mix. Mix Throughly. 
2. Using small cookie scoop, place on parchment covered cookie sheet and
3. bake 6-8 mins for chewy cookie or 8-10 mins for crisps cookie at 350  degree oven.

Vaiations included are
- Rolled cookie dough BEFORE baking in powdered sugar [bit of cornstarch optional] for crinkle effect.
-  dipping in vanilla almond bark and adding sugar sprinkles,
-  topping cookie off with a Hershey's Peppermint Kiss nd drizzling almond bark across cookie 
- The mulit colored cookie is Red Velvet cake mix, French Vanilla [Green food coloring] cake mix, and a regular white cake mix with White Chocolate Chips added.
- of course my favorite is the Red Velvet Blossom. Topped with a hersheys chocolate kiss, may also substitute Brach's Stars and or Hershey's Caramel Kiss.
