DOUBLE PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
INGREDIENTS :
1 - Heat oven 350º Line baking sheet with parchment paper or Silpat liner.
2 - In a large bowl, whisk together peanut butter, oil, vanilla and room temperature eggs until well mixed.
3 - Add cake mix and stir until mixed well; fold in peanut butter/chocolate chips, stir just until mixed.
4 - Measure with tablespoon and then roll into a ball; place onto baking sheet and then slightly press flat with a fork.
5 - Bake 12 minutes and then cool on racks. 6 - Store in air-tight container. Makes about 30 cookies

1 cup extra-chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 (11oz) bag Nestle's Peanut Butter and Milk Chocolate chips
