Easy Tortilla Rollups

Easy tortilla rollups make a great no cook appetizer that you can make ahead. I also discovered that just the filling makes a delicious dip, served with Sundried Tomato Wheat Crackers.

Ingredients:

    8-10 soft flour tortillas cooked
    1 block cream cheese
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup cheddar cheese grated
    1/2 cup chopped green onions
    1 small can chopped olives
1 packet dry ranch dressing powder

Directions:

-In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheese and sour cream until blended. Stir in olives, green chilies, green onions and seasonings.
-Spread the mixture onto the soft tortillas; roll up tightly. Repeat this step of spreading the mixture and rolling the tortillas up until you run out of tortillas or you run out of the cream cheese mixture.
- Place all rolled tortillas onto a plate and cover with plastic saran wrap.
-Chill in the fridge for a few hours or preferably overnight to let the flavors blend together and help the rolled tortilla hold its shape.
-When ready to serve, unwrap and slice the tortillas into 1 inch slices and add the sliced rounds to your serving dish.

Note * Place the tortilla ends onto a separate plate and snack on them as you work. Enjoy
