Swedish Beef Pasta

One pot, one pound of beef, and one package of egg noodles makes for a fast and easy Swedish Beef Pasta so you can continue on with the holiday baking.

Servings 4

INGREDIENTS:
    1 pound ground beef
    1 cup thinly sliced onion
    1 small can mushrooms [sliced]
    1 teaspoon garlic salt
    12 ounces egg noodles ( uncooked )
    3 1/2 cups beef broth
    1/2 cup sour cream

DIRECTIONS:

1- Crumble the ground beef into a pan and add the onions and mushrooms. Saute on medium until the beef is browned and the onions are tender.
2- Add the garlic salt, and egg noddles. Stir in the beef broth. Bring the broth to a boil, cover, and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until the noodles are cooked.
3- Remove from heat, stir in the sour cream, and serve.
